1. Agreement to Terms
Clients must read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions before booking any tuition sessions.
2. Payment Terms & Tuition Structure
Clients must ensure payment is made in full and on time before any lessons take place.
Lesson Length and Mode
All lessons are in 1 hour blocks.
Tuition may be delivered as 1-to-1 or in small groups (maximum 4 students per group).
1-to-1 tuition is available at the standard rate (quoted per student). Group tuition rates vary depending on the number of students attending.
Group Tuition Guarantee
Students attending a group session always receive the full lesson, even if other students are absent.
Group tuition pricing is calculated based on actual attendance. Adjustments to invoices will be applied the following month.
Fees and Slot Security
Tuition is billed monthly in advance to secure the student’s weekly slot.
Fees are non-refundable, including for absences, late arrivals, or early departures.
Late Arrivals / Early Departures
Lessons start and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals or early departures do not extend the lesson or reduce fees.
Tutor Absence / Makeup Lessons
If a tutor is unable to deliver a lesson, an alternative session will be arranged, or a credit applied to the next month’s invoice.
Behaviour and Safety
Students are expected to behave appropriately and follow the tutor’s instructions.
The company reserves the right to withdraw tuition if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
3. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
If a lesson is cancelled due to illness, clients must provide at least one hour's notice to avoid being charged.
4. Online Lessons
If in-person lessons are not possible, clients may be asked to conduct the lesson online via Zoom.
All online lessons should be conducted with the camera on unless the tutor grants permission to turn it off.
5. Frequent Cancellations
Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may result in forfeiture of any refund entitlement.
6. Safeguarding and Health Information
Clients must inform the service provider of any learning difficulties (e.g., autism, dyslexia) or medical conditions (e.g., allergies, asthma) so that appropriate support can be provided.
7. Client Responsiveness
